Organisational, Management and Control Model
Since 2010, FCSP has voluntarily adopted an Organisational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian legislative decree 231/2001, which sets down the “Code governing the administrative liability of legal persons”. FCSP and its auxiliary bodies adopted this Model simultaneously (and under the supervision of a single Supervisory Body) with a view to harmonising management styles and progressively developing a uniform set of principles of conduct, rules and procedures. The launch of this process laid the foundations for establishing an integrated, group-wide set of internal control mechanisms, aimed at monitoring the correct operation of the entities covering the various areas of activity, and analysing procedures and processes to generate useful input for improving the organisational structure. Thanks in part to the constant monitoring carried out by the Supervisory Body, the model has been gradually updated over the years, to keep it effective and fit for purpose against a constantly evolving backdrop. The Model is accompanied by the Principles of Conduct that FCSP and its auxiliary bodies adhere to in pursuit of their objectives. These principles must also be adhered to by all other parties bound by the Model.
